Can Santa Ana help save the Earth?

This just in from my friend, the planner:

The Moms For Mother Earth, in Co-Sponsorship with the City of Santa Ana and many Extraordinary Volunteers, are Inviting EVERYONE to a GREEN EARTH FESTIVAL at the Santiago Park and Nature Reserve, located at 900 E. Memory Lane, in Santa Ana, on Saturday, March 15, from 10am-3pm.

The event will feature:

  • Native Plant and Tree Planting!
  • Music, Food and Nature Crafts.
  • Earth Friendly Businesses and Information to Live Life Naturally and Love the Life you Live!
  • Each person who plants a tree will be personally responsible for removing One Ton of carbon from the earth’s atmosphere!

The Santiago Park and Nature Reserve is a refuge for the many birds and small animals that fled the 40,000 acres that were burned this fall in Orange County.
