The No on Measure D campaign, in Santa Ana, is picking up steam! Our signs just hit the streets. If you would like one, call Thomas Gordon at 714-679-3396, or email him. You can also find out how to contribute to the campaign by clicking here.
The Santa Ana City Council, and Mayor Miguel Pulido, thought they were going to extend the Council terms via Measure D. Instead they have united the city against their ploy. There is absolutely no public support for this ridiculous attempt to extend council term limits. Will they never learn?
You can read the official argument against Measure D at this link.
Art, who should people contact if they want to help make phone calls to voters to tell them to vote no? Is that something that could be done now? thanks.
Poster 1,
Thanks for the support! Check out our campaign website, which is linked in the post above. The campaign office is noted there – it is on Sycamore St. Contact Dr. Art Lomeli, at that address. He has an office I think on the third floor. He has precinct data that he can give you for calling or walking.
Thanks again!
Hey Thomas,
Can I have one of those Vote No on Measure D car flags? I want to put it on my truck and I want to drive around town educating people on why to vote NO!
I hope everyone who reads O.J. will take a yard sign (those living in S.A.) and even those who don’t could offer to make calls to voters. This is a measure that if it passes, may be coming to YOUR town next! Please help us stop this in S.A. and we will come help you in your town. OJ readers need to help each other.
