During our successful property rights efforts in saving Bernard Luggage from the wrecking ball, we worked with Bob Blue and his store manager Ziggy Kruse.
Note: Bernard Luggage is located off Hollywood Blvd. on Vine Street at the site of the new W hotel.
Ziggy just sent me the following You Tube video exposing another area of Hollywood that truly represents neglect by the property owner who just happens to also own the Kodak Theatre. Yes, I admit that there are examples of “blight” caused by owner neglect. Perhaps someone from Code Enforcement is not doing their job. This short video being a perfect illustration.
In the event he is not aware of this blighted condition I will send a copy of this post to City of Los Angeles District 13 Council president Eric Garcetti.
