Over 5,000 gathered at Tax Revolt protest in Corona yesterday

“Several thousand people turned out at a rally Saturday hosted by KFI’s “The John and Ken Show” to protest proposed state tax increases,” according to the O.C. Register.

“Thousands of people crowded Tom’s Farms, backing up traffic for more than a mile,” according to an Inland Empire blog.

You can see some of this in the video above.

KFI’s John and Ken estimated that the crowd numbered over 5,000.

John and Ken also used the event to promote a bunch of recalls against lame Republican politicians:

Tables were set up to collect signatures for recall efforts against state Sen. Bob Huff, Assemblyman Jeff Miller and Schwarzenegger. The recall effort against Schwarzenegger is called Total Recall 2009, a play on the Schwarzenegger movie “Total Recall.”

It sure looks like all of Schwarzenegger’s ballot measures are doomed!
