Hello Larry. Will there be an advocate for 99 there as well as 98? I may go if there is… I worry about 98’s effect on rent control and the environment, it seems like they sneaked so many things into it!
These who condone forcible conversion of privet property into collectively owned property via the HOA corporation have no right to have their property protected against taking by the eminent domain.
Vern. Yes there will be a balanced panel of knowledgable speakers representing both ballot measures.
“Tenants who live in rent-regulated communities would continue to receive the benefit of those regulations as long as they live in their residences.” How plain can we express it. While our oppostion may claim it, the sky will not fall on these rent controlled occupants.
The oppostion scare tactics are simply that. Scare tactics! Have them prove this statement to be inaccurate.

Help me out here. What are you talking about? Prop 98 and Prop 99deal with private sector property owner rights. Nothing in this debate relates to any HOA powers.
