Despite the resignation of two Assistant O.C. Sheriffs, “Sheriff’s officials will not face criminal charges in the highly scrutinized death of jailhouse inmate John Chamberlain but will face further discipline for their negligence, Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas said today,” according to the O.C. Register.
