The O.C. Register reported today that the Anaheim City Council “voted 4-1 to permit more than double the number of homes and commercial space and quintuple the number of office buildings than in initial 2004 Platinum Triangle plans. “

The reason Pulido is increasing the number of housing units is because he doesn’t want any other city to be more populated than Santa Ana. If Santa Ana is no longer the most populated city in Orange county, then it really becomes just another immigrant city like South Gate, Maywood, Bell Gardens, etc. etc.
