Isn’t Solorio the same legislator carrying a bill for the OC Deputy Sheriff’s union that would prohibit the County Board of Supervisors from transferring the Harbor Patrol from the Sheriff’s Department ? A classic example of laws we don’t need, big brother in Sacramento trying to tell locals what is good for them. Can his work on the State budget crisis redeem him? Doubtful, but let’s see.
