Assistant County Clerk Hugh Nguyen picked up another huge endorsement yesterday as State Senator Bob Huff rejected career politician Chris Norby, who is termed out as a County Supervisor. Huff instead announced his endorsement of Nguyen for Orange County Clerk-Recorder.
Here are a few excerpts from Nguyen’s press release announcing the endorsement:
“I am endorsing Hugh Nguyen today for Orange County Clerk Recorder because he brings over 12 years of experience we need in that department,” said Huff. “In these tough financial times, Hugh knows how to efficiently run the Clerk Recorder’s office and not waste taxpayer money.”
Senator Bob Huff currently represents the 29th State Senate District and is Chairman of the Senate Republican Caucus. His district includes the cities of La Habra, Brea, Placentia, Yorba Linda and portions of Anaheim.
“I am truly humbled and honored to have received the endorsement of Senator Huff,” said Nguyen. “We have been working very hard over the last few months and his endorsement will help continue the incredible momentum of our campaign.”
