My Town is Happier than Your Town

The rankings are in:  Irvine’s CA-48 is the third happiest congressional district in the country and the happiest in California.   Being close to the beach helps, as CA-46 (Huntington Beach) and CA-50 (North County San Diego) are also happy.  The full rankings are here.
