JOHN YOO, former Bush administration Office of Legal Counsel, drafted legal memos which, some say, influenced the U.S.’s decision to torture. He is a visiting professor at Chapman University School of Law, where the controversy continues.

I know that many of the “teabaggers” are concerned with the FOUNDING principles of this great nation (in fact some went so far as to dress in colonial garb) so I’m sure THEY WILL BE ALL OVER THIS ISSUE.
From our greatest General and the Father of our country, I give you George Washington’s charge to the Northern Expeditionary Force, Sept. 14, 1775;
“Should any American soldier be so base and infamous as to injure any (prisoner)… I do most earnestly enjoin you to bring him to such severe and exemplary punishment as the enormity of the crime may require. Should it extend to death itself, it will not be disproportional to its guilt at such a time and in such a cause…for by such conduct they bring shame, disgrace and ruin to themselves and their country.”
It’s pretty clear, RETURN AMERICA to its ROOTS, AMERICA DOES NOT TORTURE! So “teabaggers”, I’m sure you will be joining me and other Americans in demanding that Obama go after the persons responsible for torture and to PROSECUTE them to the fullest extent of the law.
Call the Whitehouse, call your Senators and call your Congressperson and DEMAND PROSECUTION!
At the least, each of those involved in the atrocity of torture, if not forced to face prosecution, should be forced to face their own torture of stigma and condemnation. John Yoo should certainly be amongst those considered to be held accountable for the Bush admin. policy on torture.
I stand by them 100% Waterboarding is not torture…it sucks, but not torture, slapping around someone who wants you dead? Torture? NO!
Sleep Deprivation? Sucks Yes, torture NO! Whene you go to the militery SERE School in Britan, you may or may not loose a couple of teeth, break some ribs, sit around naked in a cold cell while they hose you down with cold water, and question you….does it suck Yes, is it “Torture”
Lets Review, Cutting off sombodys head, Breaking off arms, pulling fingernails, acid in the eyes, raping your family in front of you, skinning you alive, Jamming a white hot poker in you rear….yes Torture
Dressing prisoners in womens clothing, abnd hosing them down…little more than Fraternity hazing.
By the way to get Geneva COnvention Protection you must BE A UNIFORMED SOLDIER, or you may be executed onb the spot…..so all of a sudden waterboarding isn’t so bad.

You must believe the spins that the U.S. and its prior foreign policy had absolutely no influence on these “terrorists” and their actions against our country – who, by the way, struck the center of global commerce actually – the World Trade Center – so in effect actually was not attacking this country primarily, but the world banking system that is attempting to take over the Middle Eastern economy also.
Please get your head out of the clouds, and read the 9-11 report, and use your brain, actually, and not listening to the British spins on Fox, who would love us to continue fighting their war for them, since the Balfour Accord creating Israel was a British accord entered into PRIOR TO World War I.
