Conservative PAC donates $1,000 to Harkey Recall Effort

This came in today from the campaign to recall Diane Harkey:

A leading conservative political action committee, the Escondido-based Justice PAC, announced today its donation of $1,000 to Ethics Matters – Recall Diane Harkey, to assist recall proponents in Dana Point, CA to recall Councilmember Diane Harkey.

“We are concerned by Harkey’s history of 14 different tax liens, the pending ethics complaint against her with the FPPC, and especially the allegations of her use of profanity with Dana Point residents,” said Gary G. Kreep, chairman of the PAC and a member of the Republican State Central Committee. “We never did see much real history of support for conservative principles from her, or any strong philosophical beliefs, and feel now is the time to take a stand in favor of Harkey’s recall.”

Justice PAC’s donation will be used to print petitions and for advertising the recall effort. Recall petitions are available for downloading, and contributions to the effort can be made by secure credit card, at www.dianeharkeyrecall.com.
