Nine dead in OC police custody this year
I have been on vacation this week, and after returning from a brief trip to San Diego I have been catching up on things at home. That is why I am a bit late on the developing story involving the death of Vicky Avila, a 31-year-old La Habra woman who died while in custody at the Orange County Jail in Santa Ana, according to an OC Register article.
What happened to Avila is complicated. She was suffering from mental illness and alcoholism, and was despondent after losing custody of her daughters. She called La Habra police hoping that she might get some mental health treatment. When that did not happen, she slapped one of the officers. That backfired.
Avila was arrested for assaulting an officer and taken off to the OC jail in Santa Ana, where she ended up becoming their fourth fatality this year. When her body was finally turned over to her family, she was covered in bruises. They still don’t know what really happened to her as none of the agencies involved are talking, ostensibly because the OC District Attorney is investigating the matter.
On Tuesday of this week the OC Register opined on the matter in an editorial. They nailed the issue, as follows, “…our county lacks a formal review process of law enforcement. It’s time for the Board of Supervisors to develop an independent oversight commission for police agencies, the sheriff’s department and the jail. And it’s time for the sheriff and La Habra police to tell us what happened to Vicky Avila. In a free society, the actions of law enforcement should not be covered up, but exposed to the light of day.”

I will be posting later on who Fleischman feels is victimizing him and the public.
Folks, I was in Santa Ana OC Jail so I can tell you that beating of inmates is happening on daily bases by deputies and while they are beaten the deputies are not concerned about any cameras.
Obviously they know that the recording will never end up in the hands of the public.
If the deputies are beating inmate in front of other inmates they are ordered to turn their faces against the wall, if in the hallway, or are ordered on their bunks and push their faces into the bed mat, if in the dorm tank.
Inmates are mercilessly beaten by deputies, bones, ribs and jaws are broken and teeth are flying around. — blood is splattered everywhere.
After beating, depends on injury, the inmates are taken into in-jail medical facility or morgue.
I have personally witnessed about 10 such beatings in 40 days.
There is also special room, I believe it is called “rubber-room” where deputies would assemble to beat an inmate to submission right on arrival. All incidents are videotaped by deputies so it would be easy to find what happened to Vicky Avila.
I have been personally ruffed-up by black deputy pig who than took my glasses and intentionally stepped on them.
You must understand that these deputies are essentially psychopaths.
Since no one cares because everyone believes that inmates deserve such treatments the jails are essentially torture chambers as in medieval ages a.k.a. Abu Graib or Guantanamo.
Based on my experience, it is my opinion that Vicky Avila was raped and beaten by COPs for slapping them and than again on arrival to OC jail in the “rubber-room”
It is known fact, among inmates, that high ranking sheriffs, including the top, are screwing female inmates Haidl-video-style by taking them out for parties.
I knew Vicki Avila, I knew her better then most people. I loved Vicki, you see Vicki and I were to be married. In fact the night before she was arrested, we were togather. We had been talking about how we were going to tell her parents about us wanting to get married at a birthday party for her. She told me that if I truly loved her that at her party I would get down on one nee in front of her parents and propose to her. Vicki I love you and aways will. I feel you in my heart and in my mind every day. What the D A said and the Police Is all a big F@#ken shit storm that any one in there right mind, no I take that back you dont even have to be in your right state of mind to see what a lost Vicki is to so many people. If I could say what I feel to the Piece of shit pig that caused this all. I would tell him, he took the love of my life for no reason and I hope that he spends the rest of his life being a piece of shit and then deals with God then the truth will come out.
Well Sheriff Carona is doing 5 years in federal prison. I hope that some psychopath guard or inmate teaches him a lesson right now.
A justice after all.
