Alvarez BMW deal looking worse
A little pajarito told me today that apparently Santa Ana Council Member Claudia Alvarez got some kind of sweetheard deal from Crevier BMW when she acquired her vehicle. It was referred to as “faborable terms.” That sounds about right.
My readers may recall from one of my previous posts that Alvarez enthusastically supported the seizure of an Orange County Department of Health building, via eminent domain, in order to hand it on a silver platter to Crevier BMW. She later decided to oppose a similar deal with a Honda dealership, involving land formerly occupied by a strip club that, according to the OC Weekly, was popular with crooked cops.
My supposition all along has been that Alvarez, who is one of three Democrats running for the 69th Assembly District, opposed the Honda deal only for political reasons. Not fair! She is a hypocrite and voters need to know more about how she got her BMW, and why she supported one redevelopment deal with a car dealer only to oppose another one.
One can only wonder what sweetheart deal she brokered with Mike Harrah and Bisno.
Does pajarito know where she spends her nights? Her Freeman St. neighbors claim she doesn’t live there.
