EDITOR: As a favor to 73rd-district Assemblywoman Cottie Petrie-Norris as she runs for re-election, we will begin printing the occasional e-mail missive from her Republican opponent Scotty Peotter, which he calls “The Straight Scott.” Cottie has reached the same stage in her career that Sharon Quirk-Silva did a few years ago when the GOP stopped wasting strong candidates like Young Kim against her and started allowing nutty sacrificial lambs like Alexandria Coronado to take on the thankless job. This means, Cottie *hint-hint* can start making braver votes! – Vern.

The Tampon King – Cottie Petrie-Norris is at 54%
This is a good thing. Without spending much money we (both Republicans) were able to keep the incumbent Democrat at 54%. There is a 13% registration difference and she is only 8% ahead with a meager campaign.
Why do I refer to Petrie-Norris as the “Tampon KING”? She co-authored AB230 in the Assembly that passed and was signed into law that requires every school up and down the state to provide free menstrual products in the boy’s bathrooms from 3rd grade on.
If Petrie-Norris cannot tell the difference between boys and girls, do we really want her making laws for us?
TOP 2 PRIMARY
In California, the top 2 vote-getters in the primary go on to the general election in November. As you can see from the results above, I was 2nd by a wide margin. I consider it an honor to carry the Republican/Conservative Banner into the General Election.

IT IS TIME TO FLIP THIS DISTRICT TO RED
I want to flip this district to RED. This is a winnable district. The first time this district was up (new boundaries as of 2022), was last cycle and there were 2 incumbents Petrie-Norris and Steven Choi.
2022 Showed, Petrie-Norris is Vulnerable
Even being outspent 5:1 Choi was able to get within 10 points, the registration advantage is 13+%. Since then Petire-Norris has shown her true Progressivism. Between grooming our grade school children into the Trans lifestyle without parental knowledge (see video below), and Tampons in the boy’s bathrooms, there doesn’t seem to be any radical agenda that she does not support.
Meanwhile our children’s test scores continue to fall.
The Democrats are Responsible
The border is a disaster, resulting in runaway spending and rising crime rates. This is all the Democrats responsibility. This can stop in November if we flip enough seats red.
INFLATION is stealing our savings
Gasoline has doubled since Biden took office and is double in California compared to what other states pay. Electricity in California is also double what other states pay. This is Sacramento’s fault and can be changed. California should be energy independent.

Congratulations Assemblywoman!
So, is this Peotter “The Straight Scott” when he’s writing things on the record for public consumption, but the “Not-So-Straight Scott” at home? This seems sort of defensive. Nobody said you weren’t straight, Scott, or called you a Tampon Queen.
Sometimes I think that people like Duchess Scotty want to make sure that transgender rights remain deeply stigmatized because if they weren’t he might someday give into some repressed desire to at least get a boob implant or three. Because once a Peotter can, a Peotter gotta!
I would tend to dismiss a grown man calling himself Scotty.
He does bring up a valid issue about his opponent (misspelled), if true, but get a load of the last sentence in which the sin of (fake) carpetbagging is the act of an immoral Democrat:
“I understand that Petry-Norris has a tiny little apartment over by Quail Hill a short drive from where her real home is, where her husband and children live in Laguna Beach overlooking the ocean, her kids attending Laguna Beach schools. It is obvious that she doesn’t even live in the district even though her legal address is in the district.
But that is what Democrats do, they do whatever it takes to gain power.”
I do not understand how introducing eight year old boys to women’s sanitary products, and linking web-scanning children to predators and sterilizing drugs without parent’s knowledge is legal. These are Rx drugs which enrich big pharma companies.
If Norris doesn’t witness her mail being stolen from her US mailbox in front of her own home, she does not represent me. If her city council meeting comments (now in 30-minute portions) are not a crossfire of loud hostile abuse, I cannot identify with her. I am advised against mocking candidate’s names, I prefer to discuss issues. However, it is time to break the rules…Cootie Putrid Numbskull!
Putting aside the earlier nonsense, do you actually keep a fixed eye on your mailbox every hour of every day to ensure that no one is stealing mail from it? Or do you eliminate the problem by waiting for the mail truck to arrive, like a dog awaiting its owner? If so, you are a woman of far greater leisure than Cottie — or the vast majority of the other women in the county.
(Note, though, that you can’t stay truly vigilant if you’re day drinking. Just a hunch.)
Why didn’t someone tell me I do not have to wait for Happy Hour for my Bud Light? For the record, my husband’s desk faces a window, with our mailbox on the street. He heard something outside, and saw a stopped car, which then took off. The cameras picked up the car but not the plate numbers and letters. If you consider sending my 89 year old aunt a birthday card a “leisurely” activity, it must be so.
Your above attack on Cottie somehow makes even less sense after your explanation.
