Today was the Indiana primary. It will all-but-surely (barring something truly untoward) spell the end of the Republican Presidential race. And it looks like it will reinvigorate the supposedly-over-yet-not-over Democratic race. Pretty good for one medium-sized state!
(1) The big news of the night is that Ted Cruz, after one last burst of vitriol at his smug and profane rival, gave up the ghost before 6 p.m. Pacific Time. After Wisconsin, it really did seem, for a time, that he could come back. The stars were aligning Then almost all at once, it was as if most of the leaders in the Republican Party at the same thought: “If Ted Cruz beats Donald Trump … then we’ll be stuck with Ted Cruz!” Some things are worse than losing with a bigoted, fascistic blowhard — and one of them, even in a state like Indiana that seemed tailor-made for his candidacy, would be losing with Ted Cruz. After all: Trump has the entertainment appeal of professional wrestling; Cruz has the entertainment appeal of the Benghazi hearings.
(2) This is good news for California Republicans who can’t stand Trump. Now you have two viable choices among the two major parties: you can support John Kasich, who will now move to his natural position as a conservative, or you can re-register as No Party Preference and vote for Bernie Sanders against Hillary Clinton. Just got more tempting, didn’t it? You have until March MAY 23 to re-register.
(3) Can we spare a moment to think about Carly Fiorina? BWWAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA! OK, moving on….
(4) With 85% of the vote counted, Cruz is ahead of Trump in five counties: Elkhart (mostly still uncounted); Allen County (home of Ft. Wayne) by 0.7%; Whitley, by 1.7% — and Wells, by 14.8% and Adams by a whopping 20.3%! I think that we can all agree that we need to have a federal investigation of what the heck happened in Wells and Adams Counties, both immediately south of Ft. Wayne. Are you guys up to something crazy or what?
(5) If “Most Trusted Polling Analyst” were a position like Chair of the Democratic National Committee, I would have to call upon Nate Silver to resign. His track record this year of missing the rise of and calls on both Trump and Sanders has been ignominious — and, worse, smacks of serving his own personal preferences. (I still have intelligent friends who, not having paid much attention, think that he’s been having another banner year this year.) As the graphic shows, once again they gave Hillary a 90% chance of winning (using their preferred measure) and she lost by (with 85% of the votes in so far) about 6%.
(6) Reading the New York Times liveblog on the day’s developments is almost comical. What scant analysis they did on Democrats addressed Clinton’s presumed huge win today — which is what happened with Trump. Their analysis of why Trump might not win — that maybe his appeal tended to be limited to the Northeast (and South) — turned out to be a better fit for Clinton.
(7) Finally, they acknowledge that Trump was focused on three issues popular with Republicans: opposing free trade agreements, opposing immigration, and opposing Bush-era neo-conservatism abroad. Two of those — trade and foreign policy — are not right-wing issues. And Sanders agrees with him on those issues. I can hardly believe that we’re going into an election focused on those issues — and the Democratic is not on the populist side! One interview notes that a bunch of union members had reported being for Sanders — but that if Sanders lost, they would be voting for Trump. This brings the Rust Belt in particular into play — something to which Democratic leaders seem willfully blind. Yes, some more genteel Republicans quietly want to see Hillary win — but while they may vote for her they aren’t going to campaign for her! What good is winning Virginia and North Carolina if you lose Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana, Ohio, and maybe even Pennsylvania?
(8) I haven’t seen anyone pick up on this yet, but the counties that Clinton has won almost all border Kentucky — which votes in two weeks. That bodes well for her there — as well as in West Virginia, which votes next week. Of course, that success might be a function of her having suddenly warmed up again to increased digging of coal — and just in time! But her embracing dirty energy to success in those states is likely to hurt her to an even greater degree in California. She’s now going to be the candidate of fracking and coal — just what Democrats so dearly love!
(9) About Bernie Sanders dropping out of the race, as Hillary’s throngs have been demanding: this is a good short explanation for why the answer is “no.” The longer explanation involves the quest on the part of my fellow seriously committed radical reform Democrats, who finally have their first viable candidate close to the nomination since about 1972, to be counted, to know ourselves and our number and our strength. Every time someone asks us to give that up before California, an angel that was supposed to donate a dozen leftie votes to Hillary in November loses her wings.
(10) By the way, for those looking for the right historical antecedent for this race, it’s 1980. Clinton is Jimmy Carter running for re-election and Teddy Kennedy is Bernie Sanders, roaring back and refusing to be stopped.
All right — the floor’s yours!
The Native American Party arises from the ashes the Whigs.
Millard Fillmore, We hardly Knew Ye!
We knew him better than we wished we’d known him.
I appreciate the comparison to the 1980 race.
The analogy refers to the primary race. But if the nation descends into fascism, meaning that Trump turns out to be another Reagan with somewhat different goals, then this election will have been similarly pivotal to 1980 all the way across.
And America’s bourbon crisis just got worse. Thanks Don!
Donald Trump over performed his demographics, but Bernie Sanders did not. You may notice that Indiana is a very white state, like most states Bernie carried, but that the Democratic is not the very white party.
Even with this victory, Bernie’s odds of winning the nomination went down. The fraction of the remaining pledged delegates he has to win to catch Hillary went _up_: now he needs to win 65% of the remaining delegates. Anyone here want to bet that Bernie will beat Hillary by 30 points in California and New Jersey? because I’ll gladly take the other side of that bet…
There is no reason for Bernie to drop out. I would argue the opposite: he owes it to his supporters to go the distance. Even though odds of him winning the majority of the pledged delegates is rapidly approaching zero, he now has big megaphone to push the ideas that drove his campaign in the first place. Why should he put down that megaphone?
As for the Republican Race, well, the Republicans are now fielding their most Liberal presidential Candidate since Nixon, and their least -qualified candidate since, um, er, Herbert Hoover? Taft? ( both of whom were more qualified than Trumplestiltkins).
If Trump moderates his rhetoric and policy positions (what there is of them) in the General, you’ll see large numbers of Republicans stay home on election day.
Once Trump exposes the truth about Hillary you’ll see large numbers of dems (and especially Black Americans) vote for Trump.
The best comparison is Grant.
Lou Grant? Horace Grant? Hugh Grant?
If we are talking about a Republican with a virtually complete lack of qualifications to be Pres, it would almost certainly be Republican #1, Abraham Lincoln. A country lawyer from Illinois with a very brief stint in Congress?
Republican #1 was John C. Fremont.
Lincoln was an able state legislator. His background was comparable to Obama’s. I think that Wendell Willkie is the closest example, if one crossed him with — I dunno, Ted Bundy?
at least Grant ran a large, successful Army. While drunk.
I thought about Grant, but on paper Dwight Eisenhauer was similarly qualified.
That’s what’s truely amazing about a potential Trump Presidency.
No President without political experience has ever been elected WITHOUT being a war hero.
That’s what reeps have nominated.
No surprise to me.
The average American is disgusted with corrupted establishment politicians and the one-party system that rules the nation.
Trump offers a completely different product that’s new to the political marketplace. It’s called “Putting America First”.
I’m sure that’s exactly what he has in mind.
The majority of average Americans will never elect a racist pig like Trump.
He is a disgusting excuse for a man. He hates any one not like himself, such as women, minorities, and religious majorities. Then he acts surprised when they show up at his appearances to disrupt his spectacles.
His value as an entertainer has limited appeal.
Hope you’re right TS. Hope you’re right.
Obviously you weren’t inside the Trump rally at the Amphitheater like me.
About half the crowd consisted of cheering women.
Many in the cheering crowd were not of the causcasion persuasion.
The ones who showed up in Costa Mesa to destroy property, terrorize other people and thwart the democratic process were a perfect example of what the Trump haters represent.
Those folks are on YOUR team. Not ours.
And that’s one reason why Trump, for all intent and purposes, handily won Indiana and will be our GOP POTUS nominee – and the 45th President of the United States!
You were wrong about the GOP primary. Now you will be wrong about who our next POTUS will be. 🙂
You’re right, Z.
This guy, who got his ass kicked and is on YOUR team, seems like a real winner.
http://www.ocweekly.com/news/cole-bartiromo-bloodied-trump-fan-is-an-ex-felon-who-wants-all-muslims-dead-7160092
Felons for Trump!
In any case Z, it’s not the supporters of Trump that cause me concern. It’s Trumps pandering to the ugliest part of America that I take issue with.
But hey, I lost. It ain’t my party anymore. It’s yours.
Earth to Ryan…..The rioters in Costa Mesa weren’t Trump fans.
The many thousands of people in the Amphitheater were courteous, well-mannered and civilized.
All the problems were outdoors in the streets caused by Trump-haters who waged violence on the democratic political process.
So please, stop the spin.
Trump wants to restore a government for the people. Hillary wants to sell America to Wall Street and nefarious foreign interests.
Were you a OWS supporter? If so, how could you possibly support Hillary and stay true to your OWS philosophy?
I swear you reply and I have no idea who you’re talking to.
Is that the same as disputing the defintion of “is”?
No.
didn’t it? You have until March 23 to re-register.
uh thats already passed
Check your sources again, Paul.
march 23rd has passed already greg its may 4th
There’s a long list of GOP pundits, angry dems, crony journalists and imbedded political analysts with an extra serving of egg on their faces this morning. All tried to bring Trump down with their selective vitriol – and got their asses handed to them.
The Donald knocked out 17 opponents, now left with only one to go in the general election. That one will be much easier than the previous 17.
You see, Sanders never stress tested Hillary. For the first half of the dem primary it was a “hands off” policy. Don’t upset the queen. Naturally that’s when Hillary developed her gigantic delegate lead that knocked Sanders right out of contention.
Makes me wonder whether it was planned that way and that Sanders never intended to win? Of course the campaign donations are pouring in for Sanders so why quit now, even though in practical terms (unless the DOJ indicts Hillary) Sanders has virtually zero chance of winning the nomination.
Hillary won’t be so lucky with Trump. All the dirt will get exposed. Hillary’s support will plummet. A recent Rasmussen survey already shows Trump up by 2 percentage points.
Back to the basics. Trump’s popularity is a direct result of the corrupted political system that has caused enormous damage to the interests of the ordinary US citizen. The People have finally awoken and are saying “enough”. Trump is really the only true reform candidate who refuses to win the hearts of the electorate by giving away a bunch of free stuff.
Get used to saying “President Trump”.
Nope.
In a normal election, you would be spot-on. But as you may have noticed, this isn’t a normal year.
Hillary is the most defined nominee of the modern era. Almost every individual voter made up their mind about HIllary — one way or another — by the time they were 25 years old. For many of us voters, that was a long, long time ago. That means the usual rules of Presidential politics don’t work the same.
Normally, when each party has settled on a nominee, the “low-information” and “low engagement” voters tune in and say, “who?”. At that moment, each party tries to “define” the other candidate. Hence the “Swift-boating” of John Kerry and defining Mitt Romney as a “Plutocrat.”
But doing that with Hillary is going to be very, very hard. _Everyone_ already knows who she is. Another billion dollars in TV ads simply aren’t going to matter much in her case.
What is Trump going attack her with? Benghazi? Vince Foster? HillaryCare? her choice in power suits? Yet one more middle-aged white guy bitching about Hillary will be ignored out-of-hand for what it is — boring.
To work, the “defining” attack needs to be novel. Hence Trump focusing on Hillary’s “Stamina.” He’s trying to make her look “weak” without actually saying “a woman isn’t strong enough to be president.” A clever attack.
Although, judging on her past record, this is will be tough to make stick. This is a woman who is famously hard working. Expect to hear how she visited every county in New York when she ran for Senate, and then became the most travelled Secretary of State in History: 112 countries and 956,733 miles.
I wouldn’t be surprised if she can do more crunches than Dandy Donald — and as crazy as this election has been, we just might find out at one of the “debates.”
Wow. More denial.
Hillary is not a leader. She’s a shill for the establishment. That was made very clear when she promoted both illegal wars in Libya and Syria.
The latest dirt is the Seymour Hersh revelation that Hillary was involved in the scheme to smuggle sarin gas to the Syrian rebels to use – then try to pin the blame on Assad to topple yet another sovereign leader and install a puppet government. Hersh is the same man who exposed the Mai Lai massacre and the Abu Ghraib scandal in Iraq. Hersh should be retired from investigative journalism – but someone has to expose the slime that the mainstreat media industry sweeps under the carpet these days.
Anyone who participated in Occupy Wall Street and supports Hillary Clinton should be ashamed of themselves. Hillary is tied to the hip of Wall Street and has taken many millions of dollars from the Wall Street interests. She’s bought and paid for. I have no idea how a OWS participant could support Hillary Clinton with a straight face.
And then there’s the Clinton Foundation Fund accepting huge donations from unfriendly foreign interests while Hillary was SOS. Big conflict of interest. And why would a foreign nation donate millions without expecting something in return? Nobody is that stupid.
I remind you. A very recent Rasmussen survey found Trump leading Hillary by 2 percentage points. The revolution has already started.
People are fed up with establishment politicians who talk from both sides of their mouth.
Hillary is the queen of the establishment. Keep that in mind if you vote for her in November.
Everyone knows (except, apparently, you) that Rasmussen polls famously skew right.
Not surprising that would would cite it.
Rasmussen did, after all, in late Oct. 2012, predict Romney winning enough electoral college votes to win the Presidency. LOL
http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2012/10/29/romney-rasmussen-win-election/
In short, they are a notoriously unreliable polling source.
Regardless how you spin it, if Trump is even close to Hillary right now by November he’ll have an easy lead.
In case you haven’t figured it out – Hillary has enormous baggage.
So far that baggage has been largely ignored since Sanders has played patty-cake with Hillary for the last 9 months.
But when the gloves come off with Trump it’ll be quite a different story.
Many Trump haters claimed he would never make it past Iowa. Remember?
Stay tuned.
The latest dirt is the Seymour Hersh revelation that Hillary was involved in the scheme to smuggle sarin gas to the Syrian rebels to use – then try to pin the blame on Assad to topple yet another sovereign leader and install a puppet government.”

My apologies to everyone who is not a dumpf supporter. It seems that dumpf supporters have particularly thick skulls and it is yet to be determined if any facts or truths can get through.
When asked if the SOS was involved in the appoval of the sarin gas delivery to the Syrian rebels and the gas attacks that Assad would later get falsely blamed by the Obama administration – as a means to pave the way for regime change, Hersh was quoted to say:
“That ambassador who was killed, he was known as a guy, from what I understand, as somebody, who would not get in the way of the CIA. As I wrote, on the day of the mission he was meeting with the CIA base chief and the shipping company. He was certainly involved, aware and witting of everything that was going on. And there’s no way somebody in that sensitive of a position is not talking to the boss, by some channel”.
http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-05-01/seymour-hersh-says-hillary-approved-sending-libyas-sarin-syrian-rebels
Don’t let anonster mislead you.
Check out Trumpfried’s source…..
Zero Hedge is a batshit insane Austrian school finance blog run by a pseudonymous founder who posts articles under the name “Tyler Durden,” after the character from Fight Club. It has accurately predicted 200 of the last 2 recessions.
Tyler claims to be a “believer in a sweeping conspiracy that casts the alumni of Goldman Sachs as a powerful cabal at the helm of U.S. policy, with the Treasury and the Federal Reserve colluding to preserve the status quo.”
200 out of 2 is a good batting average.
So do you think ZeroHedge fabricated the quote by Hersh? Hardly. Other media sources reported the same.
So now when I provide a proof source you attack the proof source and claim the quote isn’t real? 🙂
Do you realize how silly you look?
Z, same question.
Just wanted everyone to get some perspective on where you fill your teacup.
game, set, match……
Thanks for playing.
Wrong Trumpfried..
You are quite the self important little hot house flower.
The voters will make that call.
“The revolution has already started.”
The only revolution (more like a repulsion) I’m seeing is the large numbers of Republicans (personal friends, pundits, politicians, etc.) who are saying there is no way on God’s green earth they’ll vote for Trump. Now that he’s the presumptive nominee, they’re making their feelings known.
The media will continue to hate Trump. The media is full-on establishment. But it didn’t stop Trump from winning the GOP nomination. And it won’t stop Trump from being our 45th President of the United States.
Keep on hating. So far it’s been a great stategy for the Trump supporters. 🙂
This isn’t just media, Mr. Blind Man. It’s also rank-and-file Republicans.
Trump is supported strongly by 56% of likely voting GOP’er and now that BOTH Lyin’ Ted and Kasich have SUSPENDED THEIR CAMPAIGNS – Trump’s support will grow exponentially.
There are rank-and-file dems who hate Hillary.
But naturally you won’t go there. 🙂
Dude, exponentially. I don’t think that word means what you think it means.
The media, the GOP establishment and the liberal dems have selectively thrown everything but the kitchen sink at Donald Trump for the last 9 months to derail his success and his popularity with the voters and FAILED!
That what really irks the Trump haters. You unloaded all your ammo on Trump and he still thrives. 🙂
Trump is on the way to be the 45th President of the United States and there’s nothing you can do to stop him.
Get used to it.
What does any of that have to do with you misappropriating a word?
“The media, the GOP establishment and the liberal dems have selectively thrown everything but the kitchen sink at Donald Trump for the last 9 months to derail his success and his popularity with the voters and FAILED!”
Wrong. The media gave dumpf millions in free air time, basically promoting him by following his every move for ratings.
The GOP establishment didn’t take him seriously and barely attacked him, thinking that voters themselves would come to their senses and reject his nonsense.
The dems have been busy with their own primary and now the attacks will begin in earnest.
We shall see.
Trump will wipe the floor with Hillary.
Her coughing fits will go non-stop for half-hour during their upcoming debates. 🙂
Halfway through the POTUS faceoff with Trump Hillary may beg for the indictment as the preferrable option. 🙂
I said it once, I’ll say it again……the dems are making a HUGE mistake by throwing Hillary into the ring with Donald J. Trump!!!!
What happened to anonster?
DId he run away?
Yes, I ran all the way to the dentist.
“When asked if the SOS was involved in the appoval(sic) of the sarin gas delivery to the Syrian rebels and the gas attacks that Assad would later get falsely blamed by the Obama administration – as a means to pave the way for regime change, Hersh was quoted to say:”
*****
I don’t see any reference to sarin gas in that statement. In fact this is the ACTUAL, REAL QUESTION that Hersh was responding to:
“You write that Obama authorized a ratline wherein CIA funneled arms from Libya into Syria and they ended up in jihadi hands. [According to Hersh, this operation was coordinated via the Benghazi consulate where U.S. ambassador Stevens was killed.] What was Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s role in this given her significant role in Libya?”
Again, where is the mention of sarin gas that you are accusing Hillary of “smuggling”?
There is absolutely no mention of sarin gas.
Facts and ACCURACY matter, it’s the difference between the truth and a lie.
Our commenters, who may be male or female, in many cases have jobs and family responsibilities. I’ve known anonster on this blog for 8 years and this person would never run away from an argument.
So he had to “run away” to a job or a family matter.
Semantics.
What’s your point?
He was just pointing out your lack of perspective.
And it’s not “semantics” it’s reality, sometimes folks are at their computers and sometimes they aren’t.
Being otherwise engaged does not equal running away, that’s the point.
You were suggesting they “ran away” from your invincible argumentation.
Oh, so now you’re a mind reader?
Miss Cleo needs a replacement.
No, he’s a reader of the English language.
Your readers are not responsible for what you meant to say. Please improve, or at least don’t blame us for what you actually write.
“EXCLUSIVE: The infamous Romanian hacker known as “Guccifer,” speaking exclusively with Fox News, claimed he easily – and repeatedly – breached former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s personal email server in early 2013”
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/05/04/romanian-hacker-guccifer-breached-clinton-server-it-was-easy.html
Hillary is SO done. Stick a fork in her! 🙂
“Claimed”?
Your standard for believing a news story is shockingly low.
You know, for a person so objective.
Look! Look! This completely unsubstantiated rumor is an ancillary fit into my worldview! Validate me! Validate me!
At least he’s consistent, anon. Can’t fault him there.
Greg, you made a typo saying that the deadline to register is MARCH 23rd when you meant May23rd
Aha — ok, now I get it. You seemed to be disputing the date; it was only now that you mentioned that I had made a typo. It’s now fixed and recast in bold-underline orange. Thanks.
pay fucking atterntion – it was obvious.
You know, your cussing-to-substance ratio, as always, is way out of whack, old coot.
Stop acting so butch. You’re not fooling anyone.
Apparently you are unable to read the headlines to the story:
“Hersh Says Hillary Approved Sending Libya’s Sarin To Syrian Rebels”
and based upon the context of the story are unable to cognitively figure out how the 2 are linked.
I can’t make a blind man see.
Durden, in his story, quotes Hersh as saying…
“By the terms of the agreement, funding came from Turkey, as well as Saudi Arabia and Qatar; the CIA, with the support of MI6, was responsible for getting arms from Gaddafi’s arsenals into Syria.”
And then follows that with this…
“Hersh didn’t say whether these ‘arms’ included the precursor chemicals for making sarin which were stockpiled in Libya…”
Then, through a series of implications…IMPLICATIONS…puts words into Hersh’s mouth.
Thus, he was able to write the headline that you quote. As if a headline is fact.
You, sir, have lost all credibility.
Oh, you put 2 and 2 together and came to a conclusion? YOUR CONCLUSION IS INCORRECT! Hersh never said what you and Durden say he said. End of story!
All the secret spooks knew that Benghazi had absolutely nothing to do with the amateur film director, as Hillary purported. Even she knew it wasn’t true but she lied anyway. Her emails provided the evidence.
Hillary was the SOS. She knew everything the CIA knew. She knew everything the dead US Ambassador knew. It was all about a gun running operation and arming the Syrian rebels.
To claim that SOS Hillary was unaware that the Syrian rebels were armed with Libyan sarin gas then launched a gas attack causing extensive human injury – while the Obama administration blamed it all on Assad in an effort to execute a regime change is laughable. The SOS is the QB on all these foreign clandestine operations. Had Russia not stepped in and pooped in Hillary’s punchbowl Assad would have suffered the same fate as Saddam and Ghaddafi. Do your research.
Has Hersh disavowed the ZeroHedge headlines? Nope. When Hersh demands Durden to edit the ZH headlines you let me know. Until then you’ve lost another debate.
The CIA does shit the SOS doesn’t know about all the time. Get a clue.
Hersh didn’t say what you and Durden say he said. You lose.
The CIA is not going to run guns to a terrorist faction in a foreign land w/o the POTUS and the SOS having full knowledge.
The CIA doesn’t run the country, pal.
If Hersh didn’t allude to what Durden posted in the ZH headlines – Hersh would demand ZH to edit it. Nobody likes to be misquoted by the media.
Until he does – you’re on the losing end of this debate.
I didn’t say the CIA runs the country.
You try to put words in my mouth, as well as Hersh’s?
Lame.
Point of order, this is not a debate and no one lost anything.
If this is a debate and you’re REALLY trying to prove this absurd theory, you are way, and I mean W-A-Y, short of proving your point.
Carry on.
“Point of order, this is not a debate and no one lost anything.”
I did lose thirty seconds.
“Has Hersh disavowed the ZeroHedge headlines? Nope. When Hersh demands Durden to edit the ZH headlines you let me know.”
Wow, that’s some head spinning stupidity.
Gosh, you’d think with all the investigations that some of the crap you accuse Hillary of would have come out and maybe been verified, but no, seven investigations later and nothin’, nada, zip.
Summed up nicely anon, thank you.
Ya know, there’s a reason the “mainstream media” usually doesn’t pick up “stories” like this.
They’re bullshit.
Not “bullshit” at all.
The Obama administration (including SOS Hillary) did try to blame Assad for the sarin gas attacks that were actually launched by the Syrian rebels, many of who were Islamic terrorists. And he tried to use that lie to topple another sovereign government (just like in Libya and Iraq).
But when Russia stepped into the picture he tucked tail and folded.
This is all mainstream news.
For your reading enjoyment. All documented with legitimate sources:
“U.S. President Obama’s central case against Syria’s Bashar al-Assad (and his central argument against Assad’s supporter Russia on that matter) is that Assad was behind the sarin gas attack in Ghouta Syria on 21 August 2013 — but it’s all a well-proven lie, as will be shown here.”
http://www.washingtonsblog.com/2015/09/obama-lied-when-he-said-this.html
Hillary was the SOS all this time. The SOS is the QB of US foreign operations. Y’all think she was clueless? 🙂
Obama is no better than Bush. Probably even worse.
Uh, wrong again. Clinton’s final day as Secretary of State was February 1, 2013.
Until Sy Hersh calls me and tells me otherwise, I’m gonna believe that Ziegfried is willing to lie about people.
What happened to Ziegfried ?
Did she run away ?
Alright.
Let’s not jump to Z’s level. Try to keep it semi above board.
Sorry…..
Forgot my smiley face emoji.
“Jump?”
Plunge.
Okay I won’t gang up….
The consequences of a reckless and ignorant electorate:
Spies Worry Candidate Trump Will Spill Secrets
“After Donald Trump is formally chosen as the Republican presidential nominee, he’ll be able to receive classified U.S. intelligence briefings, which could include some of the same sensitive information that President Obama is given in the Oval Office.
And that prospect has some spies sweating. Trump, who can’t seem to dam his stream of consciousness on Twitter, and who has lately taken to spreading rumors and conspiracy theories on national television, has never been privy to national secrets. Nor has he ever demonstrated that he’s capable of keeping them.”
http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2016/05/05/spies-worry-candidate-trump-will-spill-secrets.html
We’ll survive that, so long as it ends on November 8. And that he could end up in jail for violating the Espionage Act is sort of cool.
A must read:

Schizophrenia or diarrhea of the mouth? Future generations will decide.
Hahahaha! Good grief…where does one begin?
Anyway, one of my favorites, within a mere 6 days of each other:
“I see NATO as a good thing.” (Washington Post, March 21, 2016)
“I think NATO is obsolete.” (ABC News, March 27, 2016)
And these two, on the same damn day:
“They are the most dishonest people in the world. The media. They are the worst. They are very dishonest people. They are terrible.” (Indianapolis, April 20, 2016)
“OK, no, I don’t hate anybody. I love the media. They’re wonderful.” (Indianapolis, April 20, 2016)
And Z thinks this person is, wait, what was it?…”stable”
Not prone to mood swings. Right.
All the former OWS and anti-war activists are free to support the Wall Street harlot and war monger. 🙂
Just keep hating Trump. It’s worked so well up to this point. 🙂
Your continued support is appreciated!
Dude, stop. If you’re gonna reply to a comment, then reply to the comment.
If yer gonna go off on some tangent, keep it to yourself OR start a new comment thread.
Oh, so now management is deleting the opposition’s comments?
So much for liberal tolerance.
Again, how could you former OWS and anti-war activists support a current Wall Street harlot and war monger who promotes illegal invasions (Iraq, Libya, Syria)?
Please explain. Inquiring minds want to know. 🙂
Keep hating Trump. It’s been working out great so far! 🙂
What? I haven’t deleted any of yours. You may have had one temporarily go into moderation.
Dumpf, just another Goldman Sachs whore:
Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, who has touted his ability to self-fund most of his campaign, named a hedge fund veteran on Thursday as finance chairman for his general election bid.
Steven Mnuchin, chairman and CEO of Dune Capital Management, said in a statement he will help Trump “create a world-class finance organization” to fuel his campaign. Mnuchin previously was chairman of OneWest Bank Group and was a partner at Goldman Sachs.

Apparently you’re confused and don’t know what a ‘whore’ is.
The whore accepts the money and performs the act. (ie. taking $225,000 for hour-long speeches).
Are you a former OWS and anti-war activist? Just curious?
Prove he’s not a whore. Until he comes here and demands I stop calling him a whore, he’s a whore.
Dumpf is a Wall Street whore.
He knows where to find me.
*How about wingnut? Or ego bound instead of muscle bound? Heck, this election is really going to be fun. You can either laugh or cry..
He also says he’ll decide in the next week whether or not to accept super-PAC money.
Can he be bought? Stay tuned!
Check out the Republicans doing the Democrat’s work.
He’s a unifier alright.
