Ah, dear me. I was just waiting for a last gasp from the old, die-hard liberals in Fullerton to oppose the political colonic flush Fullerton needs so badly; they didn’t disappoint. Check out this lame ad placed in the Fullerton Observer:
Predictable. We’ve already dispensed with the “recalls are for malfeasance” nonsense, here. Ironically, some might argue that cultivating a corrupt and murderous police force, colluding to keep an illegal tax, and giving away public property to campaign donors all rise to the level of “malfeasasnce,” but I’ll just let that pass.

*Thank goodness we didn’t to go FUHS high school with any of those folks.
The Fullerton liberals might be concerned about a new City Council canceling the city’s ICLEI membership (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives). Fullerton is an ICLEI city, http://www.iclei.org/index.php?id=11454
I.C.L.E.I.is the legislative arm of the United Nations Agenda for the 21st Century.
Agenda 21 is sedition, and promoted by Presidents Bush 41, Clinton, Bush 43, and Obama. Mitt Romney is also an Agenda 21 promoter. http://freedomadvocates.org
ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability is an association of over 1220 local government Members who are committed to sustainable development. Our Members come from 70 different countries and represent more than 569,885,000 people.
ICLEI is an international association of local governments as well as national and regional local government organizations who have made a commitment to sustainable development.
ICLEI provides technical consulting, training, and information services to build capacity, share knowledge, and support local government in the implementation of sustainable development at the local level. Our basic premise is that locally designed initiatives can provide an effective and cost-efficient way to achieve local, national, and global sustainability objectives.
=============================*Yep, they’ll join anything….”sustainable Government” did they say? “Development”!! “Putting Developers together with electeds”…that’s new!
rw
Not ”sustainable Government,” ‘ships. Not “Development”? “Sustainable development.”
It means development that can be sustained, mostly in environmental terms. To you, a joke?
“Sustainable” is a euphemism, a good or auspicious word used to conceal evil results.
“Sustainable” population = population reduction via genocide.
“Sustainable” energy = electrical energy production via the least efficient, least reliable, and most expensive methods.
“Sustainable” economy = curtail manufacturing and commit national economic suicide.
“Sustainable” land use = drive ranchers and family farmers off their land.
“Sustainable” housing = end private property rights and herd the masses into multistory apartments.
“Sustainable” education = teach the children that when a baby is born God cries; people consume & pollute too much and are a scourge on the planet.
“Sustainable” is the United Nations Agenda for the 21st Century, (Agenda 21).

Yeah — or “sustainable” can just be what it actually means: “able to be sustained.”
Outside of your LaRouche bubble, that’s pretty much what it does mean. No genocide, no suicide, just “can we manage out resources so that people won’t die for the lack of them?”
I’d love to see you and Orly Taitz have a one-on-one U.S. Senate debate, by the way.
ICLEI was not invented to plant seasonal flowers or trees that require little water…..no
folks….some developer group thought that up…..to create those lovely “Public/Private Partnerships”. You know the ones: The developers put money into existing local politicians committees to re-elect. They vote the developers way and who gets hurt?
Just us…no biggie. Unsustainable is paying Goldman-Sachs and Bain Capital Execs huge bonuses when the companies they represent go BK.
That particular organization aside, can we agree that “sustainable” is not necessarily a euphemism, regardless of its use in LaRouchie catechism?
