Kopp is as big a FRAUD as Pringle. Good job by Ashburn on this, except the question should have been asked (and asked and asked) long before now. This POS needs to be history.
Obviously its the same business plan used for the Interstate Hi-way system that everyone loves so much – Expenditures 100%+forever, Income 0.00% – Except they may charge a fee for using HSR and at least generate some income as contrasted with the complete subsidy of our hi-ways.
The gov does get some gas tax revenue, but it only cover 3 to 5 percent of the ownership and operating costs of the freeway system and roads.
That is a 95% plus subsidy, even the bus riders pay more for their ride.

times of no jobs….even if we throw the money on the train tracks…..how bad can it be?
