A few days ago I decided to email Hieu “Hugh” Nguyen some questions about his plans for the Orange County Clerk-Recorder’s Office.
1. What is the first order of business, should you win the election?
Response:
I will complete a management audit within the first 90 days to review the organizations structure, authorized positions, workload statistics, systems performance, customer service, communications with Title/Mortgage Industry, fee schedule and operations of Clerk, Recorder and Vital Records functions. This will be the basis of preparing a long-term plan supported by short-term deliverables. I want to improve services to customers, improve department morale and productivity and reduce operating costs. This effort will be coordinated with the Board of Supervisors and CEO and Human Resources Department.
2. What are the top three issues facing the Clerk-Recorder’s Office in the coming years?

I wil be voting for Hugh Nguyen. He was my boss before and when he left the department moral fell apart. He was a great boss to have and I know there are alot of people supporting him.
We now have Renee Ramirez in charge. She is the biggest dumb ass I have ever met. Terri Niesen her clown assitant is a slave driver who is angry at the world. She and Renee have no leadership skills and they should be demoted or fired.
Thank God she is doing HR so we dont have to see her long face.
We need to vote Tom (Lazy) Daly out of office!
I love it. They send David to North County as punishment thinking he is supporting Hugh Nguyen. I heard he filed a retaliation complaint against those two idiots Tom and Renee. Good for him. Well I hope they have more space in North County because most of us support Hugh. David did HR and he did a good job. Now Terri is doing it. She is the nozziest person I have ever met. Are Renee and Tom morons or what. Unlike Renee and Terri, David has a college degree and you can tell. Instead of using his ass they make him do Omar’s job in North County. Ha! Ha! That’s what he gets for being Tom’s bitch for the past 4 years. He worked his ass off for administration and in appreciation he gets demoted to Omar’s job. Ha! Ha! Talk about feeling insecure Renee. You know3 he is smarter than you and you had to show him a lesson. At least he can look himself in the mirror every morning. Payback is a bitch Renee yo will get your own medicine one day. Really Terri HR? That old hag can’t keep her mouth shut and spies for management. I bet she is going through everyone’s files looking for gossip. That is all Terri is good for. She has no shame, a few years ago she was going to file a suit against Renee “the Snake” Ramirez. Now she acts like if she is some type of professional. Terri Nissan – you are a joke. Do us a favor and retire. By the looks of your face. It is long over due.
Wake up people at the Clerk Recorder’s office, he is going to run a County department now (not be your supervisor). Quit picking on people who work there now and think about your future. I’m sure things will be different if he returns to your office. From what I read in the Liberal OC, I think they should talk to staff where he works now and ask them what they think about this guy. I’m not too impressed with this guy from what I’ve read about him in various reports. I hope his work ethics isn’t like his old boss, Gary Granville. Wow! I remember the articles on that ole guy.
