Can’t wait-Not!
What really makes me sick is the fact that tax payers are paying this “boy in the bubble” to indoctrinate law students with his rediculous idelogy.
Shame on UCI for hiring such a wack job!
I cannot believe this is true!
What is really interesting, is the Erwin Chemerinsky’s of the world, the legal(Ted Olsen etal.) know that this fight is being waged on many fronts.
Not the least of which is the California AG race, shaping up to be a battle royal between SF DA Harris and LA’s Steve Cooley (the later a pro Death Penalty republican with Good statewide name recognition).
It has been discussed in Boalt Hall and in Palo Alto, Westwood and Santa Clara alike that this race could be the turning point in this battle.
The boys in Blue at LOC, won’t write about anything this in depth, and the Meg county guys just hate fags (cause their wives tell them too!). But the ballot designation is what will win this next time around.
A forum usually means that both sides are represented, so please explain to me why there cannot be a discussion of this issue on a campus that explores the legal aspects.
That is what I thought schools were for, to teach both knowledge and to encourage people to think about issues and reach thier own conclusions. We do want people to learn to think and reason things out I would hope.
