The Minutemen showed up to protest today at the Mexican Consultate’s office in Santa Ana, at 7 a.m. They were led by Lupe Moreno, a Republican activist who lives in Santa Ana.
In the video above, Moreno resorted to calling the mother of Naui Huitzilopochtli, the videographer, a “puta,” or whore. He then rightfully wonders what sort of Christian Moreno is.

Naui thank you for your efforts on behalf of those of us who truly value American principles and ideals!
1) I saw the video.
You were respectful and proper even when Lupe expressed herself in such a vulgar manner even though it was unprovoked . . . De Corazon siento mucho que tu Mamá fue injustamente involucrada en esto por los comentarios tan vulgares de Lupe M. (my heartfelt sorrow that your mom was unjustly involved in this by the vulgar comments of Lupe M.)
As despicable, tasteless, insensitive, and Vulgar that Lupe’s words were, that is the sort of behavior to expect from those whose motivation is accompanied by ignorance, hatred and fear-mongering. To paraphrase Senator Bob Dole, when you tangle with a pig, you are going to get dirty and you are going to get crap on you from the pig, and the pig will be rolling in it, but the pig loves it!
As hard as it is, and which you admirably demonstrated, vulgar language is just that, and it only has power if you give it power. You did not validate it, and you and your family are the better for it.
2) This a further example of the ignorance and hatred motivating these individuals, like Lupe and Barbara Coe and CCIR. They engage in FALSE Patriotism by wrapping themselves with the US Flag as if our beloved US Flag will hide their shame and ignorance.
Also, they hide behind the word “RESPECT” for the US values and institutions. However, they disrespect our US Flag and our constitutional values and principles.
2A)
For example, It is disrespectful to wear the US Flag as clothing apparel, and yet these “Minuteman” choose to continue to disrespect our US Flag, because it serves their narrow vulgar and bigoted views.
United States Code Title 4, Section 8b) “The flag should never be used as wearing apparel, bedding, or drapery.”
Section 8j) “No part of the flag should ever be used as a costume or athletic uniform. However, a flag patch may be affixed to the uniform of military personnel, firemen, policemen . . . The flag represents a living country and is itself considered a living thing.”
This Minutemen continue to disrespect the US Flag by wearing it as some sort of costume.

Furthermore, It is a violation of our Constitutional values and principles for those who act with racial superiority. It goes counters to our American ideals of justice and equality for all.
3) Barbara Coe – identified as a racial white supremacist:
Mr. Jim Gilchrist, the Founder & President of the Minutemen Project wrote an “Open Letter” as part of a comment to an article, stating that based on his experience CCIR, Barbara Coe, and others were “white supremacist racists”. Post seems very legitimate.

5) It should not surprise you or any us that if they MISAPPROPRIATE the US Flag for their narrow, vulgar and/or bigoted views, that they would also MISAPPROPRIATE the Christian religion.
Again, they think that they can hide their shame, bigotry and ignorance by calling themselves Christian…What is the message of Christianity.
GOD IS LOVE.

What i seen in this video is a guy harassing a lady peacefully expressing her views… I don’t speak spanish, but i would have told him just to f@#$ off!
What i also heard was his comment on, “she better walk away”, so was that a threat?
I don’t know who the guys is, but the lady had every right to stand on her own soil and protest… I think it was funny a guy with a accent who i have no idea is or is not an American Citizen is harassing an American citizen!

I think they don’t like the Mexican Government and feel that illegal immigration is having a bad affect on the community as a hole.. their concerns is not driven by hate, its driven by everyday experience: trying to find a good school, the ER, going to any welfare office ect… If i as an immigrant am bothered by the burden on the system and abuse of tax money that is a direct result of illegal immigration (mostly form south of the border).. then i am sure Americans do too.. I am impressed by your biography because you have been trying so hard to became one of them: sadly with no college education, the only position you were able to held was a job in the county.
