Obama Endorses Behavior of Haters of the “Non-Black and Jewish”

CAN YOU FEEL THE BROTHERLY LOVE??

Well, he’s done it again. First he throws a Latino under the bus to save his administration from embarrassment. Then he appoints a racist Latina judge who was given an affirmative action appointment by the first George Bush (it was a, “I get a judge i want, you get a judge you want” deal with the Democratic congress, so drop the “appointed by a Republican” nonsense.) and she still hates white people. Now he has dismissed charges against the New Black Panthers who intimidated jews and non-blacks in voting areas in Philadelphia. Good luck attracting sensible voters Democrats. Course, there’s more than a few of you out there that think “Its about time” or “who cares?”. Thats what being a victim is all about, right? Never having to say you’re wrong.

Justice Department political appointees overruled career lawyers and ended a civil complaint accusing three members of the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense of wielding a nightstick and intimidating voters at a Philadelphia polling place last Election Day, according to documents and interviews.

The incident – which gained national attention when it was captured on videotape and distributed on YouTube – had prompted the government to sue the men, saying they violated the 1965 Voting Rights Act by scaring would-be voters with the weapon, racial slurs and military-style uniforms.

Career lawyers pursued the case for months, including obtaining an affidavit from a prominent 1960s civil rights activist who witnessed the confrontation and described it as “the most blatant form of voter intimidation” that he had seen, even during the voting rights crisis in Mississippi a half-century ago.

Charges brought against three members of the New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense under the Bush administration have been dropped by the Obama Justice Department, FOX News has learned. The charges stemmed from an incident at a Philadelphia polling place on Election Day 2008 when three members of the party were accused of trying to threaten voters and block poll and campaign workers by the threat of force — one even brandishing what prosecutors call a deadly weapon.

The three black panthers, Minister King Samir Shabazz, Malik Zulu Shabazz and Jerry Jackson were charged in a civil complaint in the final days of the Bush administration with violating the voter rights act by using coercion, threats and intimidation. Shabazz allegedly held a nightstick or baton that prosecutors said he pointed at people and menacingly tapped it. Prosecutors also say he “supports racially motivated violence against non-blacks and Jews.”
