In related news, Susan Mercer won the SAEA election and will take over for outgoing union president David Barton. I would expect that she will continue to aid and abet the corruption at the SAUSD.Failure is the rule at the SAUSD, and yet the same awful school board trustees keep getting elected. Nothing changes. I thought Measure G was supposed to fix everything? I guess not.  Now the district is in the midst of firing hundreds of teachers and classified employees, while the administrators continue to make a ton of money. God knows how much they are still blowing on overpaid consultants. Don’t our kids deserve better?
