The first Santa Ana City Council candidate’s forum will take place on Thursday at the City Council chambers, at 7 p.m. The event is free to attend. It is presented by Com Link, which represents the City’s neighborhood associations.

Wow. So how long has Com Link been publicizing this. How long have you known about it? Do you not want people to show up? It’s interesting to me that you would post this the day before the event.
anon: I think that you need to refit your tin foil hat. Why is everything underhanded or a conspiracy to you? … wierd
Whi will show up for this forum? Will the audience be representative of the population at large?
Will it be broadcasted?
anon #1,
This forum has been advertised on the front page of the City’s website for weeks. A flier was also mailed to the entire Com Link Neighborhood Association link. I posted it today because if I posted it earlier it would have been pushed down the page. I am going to email this info to my email list tonight as well.
You can help by spreading the word to your own contacts.
cook,
It will be televised as far as I know. Should get 40 to 70 people – many of them are active in the neighborhood associations.
Not sure as to demographic breakdowns…
