The Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove is really excited about the career fair that they are putting together for the families that live in the areas that they service.
Their goal is to share professional development opportunities that will help people in the Garden Grove/Santa Ana area get the jobs that they want. They will have representatives from 6 local colleges on hand to discuss enrollment and growth toward career goals, as well as speakers to discuss business etiquette and the steps to gain citizenship.
Some details about the event:
When: Wednesday, July 25, 5 pm to 7 pm
Where: In the multi-purpose room of Rosita Elementary, 4726 W. Hazard Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92703 (major cross streets are Hazard and Newhope)
Estimated # of Participants: 100 (predominantly Spanish and Vietnamese speaking)
Childcare will be provided to parents.
Two presentations will be delivered in nearby rooms (in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese):
(1) Business Etiquette at 5:30 pm (2) US Citizenship at 6:30 pm
