Bill Ward, a member of Drivers for Highway Safety, has just posted a historical overview on Measure M that I encourge you to check out. Bill has been very active in Measure M from inception and has a unique story to tell. His article can be found at: www.NoMTax.com It includes the 1999 Grand Jury Report which ” details the attitudes of the OCTA involving Centerline.” While you visit the web site look at the other reports and the all of the Measure M Ballot Arguments.

LG—Other then the occasional Prop 90 stuff, all you seem to blog about is Measure M. Are you a one-note-Johnny or are there some other issues you can enlighten us poor folk about?
Thank you BR! Larry, please talk about something else other than Measure M. You are becoming monotonous. There are a couple a hundred other propositions on the ballot besides this one!
I welcome LG’s posts on Measure M since I am not that versed on this subject.
Keep your posts coming. They’ve encouraged me to do my personal research on Measure M.
Po Folk Bladerunner, what issues do you need enlightening on?
Bladerunner.
Johnny one note. Not really.
Prop 90 property rights. You bet.
Have you seen any combat? If not you have no understanding of what property rights victims endure at the hands of a greedy government agency.
My interests are quite varied. Many are covered on our Internet program where we research than interview key figures such as Gary Bernsten, the CIA Agent who was chasing Osama Bin Laden into the White Mountains of Afghanistan after 9-11. Should I provide a review on his book entitled “Jawbreaker” which just happens to be the title of our program if you were to watch it. Or perhaps our interview with former Sec of Defense “Cap” Weinberger where I asked him if Iran represented a “clear and present danger to the US” or if there was a government ready to replace the US military in Iraq, before the war escalated. But enough self promotion. Go to the web site and watch these cost and “commercial free” programs for yourself.

My current focus is on two major policy issues. After the election I promise to widen the tent of topics that cover south County and beyond if they are not being addressed elsewhere. Thank you.
