Daucher works the phones in Placentia
Apparently the GOP Victory 2006 office in Placentia was busy today as they hosted Lynn Daucher, the northern OC Assemblywoman running for the 34th Senate District. Ryan Gene Willams drove up there and hung out with numerous north county Republicans, including Ron Garcia, the leading candidate for the Brea City Council (pictured at left with Williams).
Williams reported that there were perhaps 20 people there as volunteers and they had an extra 10 or 15 just “hanging out and talking.” The volunteers made about 1,500-2,000 calls between 5 pm and 8:30 pm. They were calling residents who lived in the 34th Senate District, and asking them if they wanted to volunteer for the Governor
I will be sure to tell people that they are operating in the 29th Senate District. Obviously this shows the disdain that Daucher feels for the minority residents of the 34th, that she has to stay in whitesville.
Keep hiding in Placentia and sleeping up in Brea Lynn, The voters will realize. Your party screwed the Latinos by disenfranshising them by switching their registration behind their back and the screwed the Vietnamese from making history by blocking the first Vietnamese-American to be a school superintendent, all because she had a D after her name. You think the Vietnamese cared she had a D after her name, obviously not. Together they comprise the overwhelming majority of the districts voters and they will yell loud for the world to hear that they want local representation from someone from the area, not someone hiding in Brea or Placentia.

Republican Party of Orange County
So, Lynn hit on Lou Correa? Was in a sultry or trashy sort of way? lol But, seriously, what does Lynn have to say about Lou all the way from Brea? If OC is sooo Republican, why can’t the GOP find a decent candidate in the 34th? It doesn’t matter because the 113,000 (and climbing) Democrats in the 34th will not vote for the GOP’s candidate from Brea.
Not a single office in the 34th Senate District. Sounds likeyou guys are really taking this seriously. Or are you scared some angry Dems who got switched will come and clean your clock. We all know Lou is going to clean Lynn’s clock this November.
Lynn Daucher has no right to say a word, she moved from my Assembly district to another to run for this seat! She is doing the same thing she slammed Umberg for!
Not to mention she voted against my Husbands Pers. so watch out Daucher I am all over you!
Erik,
Thanks for the information!
I hope people realize that Victory 2006 is the Governor’s campaign, not Daucher’s campaign. She shouldn’t be blamed if Schwarzenegger’s people didn’t set up an office in the 34th.
I beg to differ, Anon 10:45 pm.
If SD 34 is one of the few “take back” targets for the Republicans statewide, wouldn’t it stand to reason that the Victory 2006 would be convinced to locate one of their offices within the district?
It seems that the OCGOP would be able to make a case for at least one office in the heart of OC. Guess Central OC isn’t such a fertile place for Republicans or Schwarzenegger as we are all led to believe.
