Lack of PLA not to blame for mess in Anaheim
Thanks to the Orange County Register for publishing my rebuttal to a letter they published recently, from a labor boss who made the case that the financial disaster at the Anaheim Union High School District may have been due to the lack of a project labor agreement (PLA) on their construction projects. Here is my rebuttal:
