Santa Ana City Council: ADOPT RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF DESALINATION AS A LOCAL, RELIABLE SUPPLY OF CLEAN SAFE DRINKING WATER – but nor Poseidon.
*OK then, Chairman Vern….what happened? We can’t wait to hear the testimony of the lovely Debbie Cook…who is still in the pocket of the OCWD and Irvine Ranch WD. Did anyone say when the project gets a launch date? Did anyone say what the first year production schedule might look like? Did the City Council report how many lunches were required to come to their final conclusions? AND, How many concerned citizens showed up?
