Weekend Open Thread: Tattoo You and a Poll Too

Look at the photo, then answer the poll in the comments with the appropriate letter.  You can leave an explanation for your guess if you’d like — unless you know the answer.  No fair looking anything up.

An answer will be forthcoming in a comment.  After that: this is your Weekend Open Thread.  Talk about anything you want within reasonable bounds.

Take the poll! The answer, with a link, will be up (if no one already has revealed it, which you shouldn’t) late tonight or Saturday morning-ish.

(E) The actor who will play James Bond supervillain Ernst Stavro Blofeld in the recently announced 2015 remake of On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.

(F) The co-star of Off-Broadway’s new smash musical It Came from the Sea, set in and around the San Onofre nuclear reactor after a Fukushima style earthquake/tsunami disaster.

(G) Former The Partridge Family star and later shock jock Danny Bonaduce, wearing what may or may not be make-up for what may or may not be a discernible reason.

(H) The flood-damaged wax figure of mid-20th century British-American actor David Niven, which had been missing since 1993 from Madam Tussaud’s Wax Museum in London, discovered this week in a barn near the small market town of Stow-on-the-Wold, Gloucestershire, England, previously best known as the home of John Entwistle, the now-deceased bassist for The Who.

(I) Both F and G.

(J) All of E, F, and G.

About Greg Diamond

Somewhat verbose attorney, semi-disabled and semi-retired, residing in northwest Brea. Occasionally ran for office against jerks who otherwise would have gonr unopposed. Got 45% of the vote against Bob Huff for State Senate in 2012; Josh Newman then won the seat in 2016. In 2014 became the first attorney to challenge OCDA Tony Rackauckas since 2002; Todd Spitzer then won that seat in 2018. Every time he's run against some rotten incumbent, the *next* person to challenge them wins! He's OK with that. Corrupt party hacks hate him. He's OK with that too. He does advise some local campaigns informally and (so far) without compensation. (If that last bit changes, he will declare the interest.) His daughter is a professional campaign treasurer. He doesn't usually know whom she and her firm represent. Whether they do so never influences his endorsements or coverage. (He does have his own strong opinions.) But when he does check campaign finance forms, he is often happily surprised to learn that good candidates he respects often DO hire her firm. (Maybe bad ones are scared off by his relationship with her, but they needn't be.)
