Santa Ana City Councilman Vincent Sarmiento has graciously opened up his home for us to gather for a great cause. New Leaders Council (NLC) is sponsoring this event and the Mayor of Bell (Ali Saleh) and the Mayor of Fullerton (Sharon Quirk-Silva) will speak to us about the importance of having a political progressive movement in Orange County.
We have a great line-up of speakers and Entertainer Nick Lind will perform. Further, this year, I was a fellow at the OC Chapter NLC Institute and 12 of us will be graduating at the end of our program.

*Now you see……..this is what gives “the OC” a dumb and dumber reputation. If they
have a joint meeting – it should be in LA….maybe on the Queen Mary……or on the Catalina Flyer to Avalon for the day…..or on a Private Yacht…….sitting in front of the Balboa Bay Club or at the Getty Museum…..supping Margaritas until sunset. Class guys…..you have to get a handle on how the big guys do it. Tom Fuentes always had that part of the bigtime rap down pat.
You two are obviously Conservatives threatened by Progressives getting together and having a good time… and you’ve obviously never been to Vincent’s house, a historic landmark.

I heard the buzz about this NLC group, so I did my research. It looks like our young OC rising stars are finally uniting and are setting an example for Washington. This group is made up of republicans, democrats and independents who all want to cintribute as young Americans to make OC even better. This is just what we need.
