Assemblyman Dan Logue brought out a novel idea – suspend AB32 until California’s unemployment goes below 5.5%. AB32 is cap and trade on acid. Maybe he’s getting support form all the moderate Democrats, and liberal Republicans. Only thing I am fearful of is people are going to sit on their hands and not vote for him in November like what happened in the 2000 election. The solution is to DUMP AB32, DUMP CARBON TAXES and figure out pro-liberty, pro-freedom and enviromentally friendly solutions to promote jobs. Tom is an academic and he could do better than that.
I am uncomfortable with his policies on the middle east and AB32. But im willing to overlook that just like how Bush and Karl Rove used the LGBT community as wedge issues in 2004, I still voted for Bush in 2004 even though Bush went anti-gay for votes.
