FibOC Says: Homosexual = Negative

According to the frivolous lawsuit filed against the Orange Juice and Art Pedroza by the Liberal OC and related sycophants they are claiming that referring to someone as a “homosexual” or inferring that someone may be a “homosexual” is a ”negative”.  I find it rather shocking that folks who claim to be progressive would view someone that is gay or thought to be gay in a “negative” light.

The lawsuit states, “on or about November 2009 Pedroza published negative material about (Ryan) TRABUCO…that claimed TRABUCO was homosexual.”

I don’t know about you, but if I know that someone is gay or think that someone may be gay that does not lead me to view them in a negative way.  Someones sexual preference is of no concern to me when it comes to my opinion of that person.  I guess it does however matter to the boys at FibOC.  Clearly they see the label “homosexual” as a bad thing, a slur.

I wonder what their friends in the LGBT community think about this.  Many, if not most, of these folks are openly gay and proud of it.  I wonder if they see being called or thought of as a “homosexual” as a “negative” thing?

The frivolous lawsuit goes on to whine about a URL tied to Trabuco (pictured above) being linked “to a website which contained graphic homosexual pornographic images”.  It is rather ironic that they would have a problem with this seeing as how Trabuco was behind linking websites tied to the campaigns of Dina Nguyen and Hoa Van Tran to gay pornography sites.  At the time that happened Chris Prevatt wrote posts laughing about this here and here.

Prevatt was well aware of the fact that Trabuco was behind this and at no time did he condemn it.  It was a big joke back then, now these babosos are literally trying to make a federal case out of similar actions.  What next?  Will the pot get sued by the kettle?
