I can see arresting the guy for littering...I hate the flyer under the windshield wiper deal... A lot of the inroads against property were made in the war on drugs. Did you know that if you own a rental unit and your tenant, unbeknownst to you is selling drugs, your property and be seized and not returned? Hard to swallow eh? I very much doubt that any of my landlords when I was a younger lad knew much about my lifestyle at all. And why should they? The ACLU exists for very real reasons. They were the first ones to step up when my Dad wanted to sue the CIA.... Anyway I'm off topic. I guess is was bound to happen that we'd find some common ground. Thanks for the story Larry.
