At our site it has taken two years of fireworks stand proceeds to pay for it, and we're still waiting for it to be installed. I can understand High Schools IF they have extra money but Elementary??? The one up north of 17th (Santiago school?) says, Home of the Turtles all day and all night! I'm not sure how we got by without that message before it was installed! How many schools got these message boards and at what cost???
