Arnold learned about the lack of power - she should really study his "blow up the boxes" and "clean house in Sacramento" rhetoric and how it proved to be hollow, in great part because the Governor has very little public policy power on his or her own. I hope the public is wise to and tired of these non-specific candidates and realizes they can actually deliver very little. Problem is, though, that all the candidates so far seem to be of the non-specific type. Perhaps California is doomed to mediocracy at best for the foreseeable future.
