Actually I can brag that I was against Lieberman practically before anyone else - when he first ran for Senate in 1988 I was in Connecticut, and I campaigned for the incumbent maverick Republican Lowell Weicker. I just really never trusted Joe. His whole thing was "Connecticut needs a REAL Democrat." Yeah, right, look how that's worked out.
