Apparently Quach is on vacation, but too injured to go anywhere. Perhaps he was planning on a “Staycation?” Unfortunately those plans were also dashed as “Police on Friday arrested a 23-year-old Westminster man in connection with running a brothel, which officials say is the largest they have seen in the area,” according to the O.C. Register.
So much for Quach’s massage appointment!
Shouldn’t he resign from the Westminster City Council already?
The interesting question is who will replace Quach. It ought to be the lady who lost to Diep by so few votes. Hopefully they do’nt do like GG and take the “chosen one” from the planing commission. Quach will need alot of manhood to show up to his own lynching.

Why would Van Tran put his status on the line for the drunk driving Andy Quack? A smart politician would have stayed away from the scence to not get his name caught up in this mess. First you post a stupid video of a bunch a drunk Asians and say they’re the Quach group. And now you connect Quach with the prostitution ring. I know it’s a joke, but it makes little sense and isn’t at all funny… somewhat racist I say.
Ok, lets try this: I saw Art Pedroza the other day. He was in such a hurry to go somewhere, but I stopped him anyway to say hi and chat a little. 20 minutes later, I heard that the police arrested some hairy fat Ron Jeremy look alike male prostitute waiting at a street corner. Perhaps he was waiting for Art. I guess it was my fault that Art missed his appointment.

The fact that the prostitutes were arrested in Westminster gave me an opportunity to get a dig in at Andy, who has a reputation for womanizing, as you no doubt know.
