Don't we have enought people in jail now ? Now we have to watch out for grandma when she has a yard sale so she does not sell something she bought for the grandkids that they no longer want and is illegal to sell. This could cut down on stop for the meals on wheels program, but I do not think this is the way to do it. Are we all going to get a list? I think not. I agree to a point that some protection from dangerious recalled items is wise, but a criminal offence is a bit over the top. A new way to put people in jail, how fun.
