I know Andy personally and worked with him His collegue and I know someday he would embrarass the Vietnamese community, and sure he did. Andy has done other things worse than this, including putting down Vietnamese elderly, including his parents saying” they are too slow and should not live in America” He should never be in the human service field.People can write to city of Westminster to have himm remove.

There is no point in speculating about anything at this point. Let’s wait for the blood test results.

Mr. Albat, what do you think the Councilman should do if the blood test results show that he was driving with his BAC over the legal limit?

Like I said, I think he should resign.

FYI: Not taking the breathalizer doesn’t mean you have something to hide, it means you don’t trust the machine. The blood test is a more accurate indicator for BAC (BLood Alcohol Content). The breathalizer (aka: the “EPAS”) has a false positive read of about plus or minus .02 percent. Therefore, the guy manned-up.

The moral of the story is, if the folks at “Blue County” don’t like someone you can post whatever you like. However if you so much as dare question someone they shill for, let the hissy fits begin.

Over on “Blue County” Chris Prevatt, from the Janny wing of the DPOC, is engaged in some rumor mongering regarding the Quach incident. He has no evidence to support his innuendos.

This is the same Chris Prevatt that threw a hissy fit when Art posted and allowed comments about the death of Noah Krom. All of which turned out to be true.

He is now engaged in posting unsubstantiated rumors without any back up. He has no witnesses to the accident, but that doesn’t stop Chris from running with it.

The folks at “Blue County” once again show what hypocrites they are. I would expect Dan C. to be demanding Chris take it down or some sort of an apology for the posting of unsubstantiated rumors. However we all know that won’t happen.

Once again Prevatt shows his true “Janny” colors by attacking one of her political enemies, Andy Quach.
