I just received word that one of the Mission Viejo volunteers, active in the RECALL effort of councilman Lance Maclean, delivered 13,915 petition signatures to our city clerk at 8 a.m. today.
While the required number of valid signatures was only 9,393, the group had a tough time shutting down their efforts as more people wanted to add their names to this memorable event in our city.
Stay tuned as we await the signature verifications or Lance simply reading the polls and throwing in his office door key.

#1) Lance stays and fights! (doubt it, bullies never do) and now all of the political opportunists, come out of the woodwork, to feed on his corpse.
#2) He quits (for the good of the city) and they try to Cram another big spender down our neck! (or some other place)
#3) He gets recalled, and we have to listen to how he was a victim, and thrown to the wolves…. as they prepare to reomve the rest of the pack!
4) I think it is starting to show, between the Tea parties, recalls, town halls, etc.. people have just had about enough!!!
