#3 The BoE never had the courage to fire the last Superintendent who was not good for this school district.

It’s important to remember that Lady Noji personally solicted the current Super, her personal pal,to squeeze out the prior Superintendent. Lady Noji is the problem. She needs to be booted from the BoE. As long as she has the votes to keep the current Superintendent, no picketing or public outrage will matter.

Peaceful assembly –an entire city unites to fire Jan Russo who has not prepared SAUSD to face these times of economic turmoil. Had we had a qualified leader, she’d just be patching wounds at this time, and she would have better negotiating power with teachers, staff, and students. But she is so retarded that now she is dealing with the mess she created. Where is the long term planning- “uh deal with issues as they slap me in the face, duh,duh” This lady is a NICE AIRHEAD!!!!

I don’t see how Russo can be a nice person. It takes a certain kind of EVIL to send out the previously mentioned “you’re fired” letters on the day of the teacher. She’s the one who needs to be fired.

It’s true – Jane is a very nice person. I know of her through acquaintances and a neighbor of hers. Nice does not necessarily equate with competent. She is in way over her head. She is not a leader; she is a follower. Hence, you have Lopez, Olsky and a few others destroying the district. I have yet to see her take the lead in anything.
