Well, I hope that the Republicans who have been bashing Muslims and President Barack Obama are happy now.
Yesterday, a mosque that has been around for 13 years, on a quiet street, was attacked by vandals, who “painted death threats, profanity and anti-Muslim slurs on the walls of the Islamic Center of Cypress,” according to the L.A. Times.
This is what all that hate speech adds up to folks…hateful actions. Shame on Rush Limbaugh and his legion of Talibani Republicans.
“The annual Orange County Human Relations Commission report released last month listed 79 reported hate crimes in 2008, compared with 80 the previous year. There were two reported hate crimes targeting people perceived to be Muslims last year and an additional 10 crimes classified as hate-related.”
