State Senator Lou Correa is rolling up his sleeves and putting on a pair of workshops to help his constituents avoid the foreclosure of their homes.
One workshop will be in English; the second in Spanish. Both will be held on Friday, March 20 – which is of course tomorrow. The workshops will be held at the Rancho Santiago Community College District building, which is located at 2323 N. Broadway, in Santa Ana.
Correa is uniquely qualified to discuss this issue, as a former Realtor and a longtime State Legislator and County Supervisor. Correa’s State Senate District includes Santa Ana, which leads Orange County in home foreclosures. Kudos to Correa for stepping up to help our community in this fashion!
The topics of the workshops will be wide-ranging, from foreclosures issues to bankruptcy. To RSVP, call 714-558-4400.
Lou “North” Correa would have helped people avoid foreclosures a lot more if he had voted against Arnold Schwarzentaxxer’s record state tax increase, which is costing families thousands of dollars each.
John,
Those tax increases are impossible to justify now that the state legislative analyst has found that we are once again in the hole, to the tune of 8 billion dollars.
You think our Governor and Legislature will ever figure out that they need to cut, cut, cut?
They’re going to find that out soon. The tax increases, by killing businesses and jobs, are going to make the state budget deficit even worse. So are Obama’s socialist economic schemes.
Unlike Obama, Arnold can’t print money. So the only solution will be massive spending cuts. His last 22 months in office will be complete Hell for him and the Legislature as they cut to avoid bankruptcy, which might happen anyway.
We can hope.
