OC GOP Tramples Justice Again
“A federal jury has sided with Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas in a lawsuit brought by a veteran former prosecutor,” according to the O.C. Register.
Apparently it is almost impossible to thoroughly bust O.C. GOP officials. You may recall that our disgraced former Sheriff, Mike Carona, got away with one felony – and the charges against his two Debbies were dropped.
So T-Rack got away with it…and most likely he will keep on doing so until he gets tired of being our D.A.
And to make matters worse, Todd Spitzer is now waiting in the wings to replace T-Rack.
Same thing in San Bernardino County, the SB County GOP does not want to clean house either. This is only going to result in the Democratic party taking over San Bernardino County.
Maybe you need to find a good neutral DA candidate that is not a Republican to detox the DA’s office in the OC.

Perhaps you can enlighten us on what is “toxic” in the D.A.’s office that warrants Rackauckas’ removal? Or is simply being a Republican disqualifer enough for you?
I bet we could find a good Republican, but as soon as they get introduced to the county party machine they turn out losing their political soul. There are indeed good Republicans, but its all about the cliques.
That is why I was suggesting maybe we need to endure having a Democratic party leader to run the DA’s office.
Jubal, reason why I said detox the DA’s office is maybe we need to start fresh and have a new face in government.
Not Guilty = Getting away with it. Kind of like not paying taxes = a ‘mistake’.
