If drugs were decriminalized, the jails would not be filled with dealers. End of overcrowding.

2. Apparently many of them will be released early, as per the judges’ orders.

3. Is pot really the biggest threat in the state?

4. And finally, what are you basing this on? I have not found any evidence to support this claim.

I am fairly certain that those in prison for “possession” are not just users – they are dealers.

Read the state legislative analyst’s report. Drug possession is a BIG reason why so many people are in jail.

Even worse, once they do get cancer the taxpayers will have to pay for their medical care! We better let them loose before that happens…
