		<description>The state and counties and cities too, must make the pensions whole, the pensions are now just reporting their massive losses.  Where is the hundred billion shortfall going to come from?

Anyone else read the article at the end of the business section of Thursday’s OCR about the pension giant CAPERS and their 103 percent lost of assets in their gambling scheme?    They are doing what Orange County did prior to the 1994 bankruptcy.</description>

Also, there are lots of streets, in particular residential streets, that have a limit of 6000 lbs. It is about time to actually enforce that. This would also result in additional revenue.</description>
