That organization in it's Statement of of Beliefs states that they "believe in the basic principles of conservatism, which emphasize smaller government, individual freedom, responsiblity and accountability, and view the government as facilitator, not a regulator, in the private sector". How does that statement fit a group that is obviously anti-self defense and in favor of gun control?
