You are sadly mistaken. Benavides DID NOT “decide” and place Stroun on the Board. He was TOLD to do it, and like a good little puppet he complied. I urge you to be more careful in you characterizations of people in the future.

On a side note I used to live at the Monterey Villas on 17th and Mayberry they were selling for the upwards of $400,000 for the largest and $300,000 for the studio. Well over half the units did not sell they were at auction as we were moving out seriously reduced prices they still did not sell (this was about a year ago). A month later they unit unsold were up for rent. I’m pretty sure the people that purchased condos were unhappy that they were once again living among renters.

Not the same thing but its the same city that many vacant over priced condos, what does that do for the City of Santa Ana?
