Art and Concerned, your posts give the impression that in the Garden Grove School Board race Kim-Oanh and George are running against each other when in fact both are elected as well as incumbent Linda Reed. Too bad Trung Nguyen was lost in a crowded GG City Council race but I note that he too beat the infamous DPOC/Teamster candidate Paul Lucas.

KimOanh Nguyen Lam is pulling more Vietnamese (absentee) votes than Andrew Do at a 2-1 ratio. On Friday, she was 1800 votes behind George West while Andrew was 350 votes behind Robin Marcario. Today, she is 800 votes ahead of George for a net gain of 2600 votes while Andrew has gained a net of about 1300 votes.

Because now the provisionals are mostly all that are left to count, I don't think the trend favoring Vietnamese candidates continues. Provisionals will also include a lot of Latinos so the numbers will change. So I don't think Mr. Tomahawk gets in. Could be wishful thinking.

Hoping Valerie sneaks by because she can make a difference on that contentious board.

I agree that it's good that Kermit s gone. What a piece of work who is a shill for the Trannie machine.
